Atom Programmable Automatic die cutting presses come with movable trolley and fixed head that are capable of developing 25-50 tons of cutting pressure in continuous service. The movements associated with this die cutting machine are controlled by its own PLC system and concern trolley translation and material feeding axis. The material feeding system is guaranteed by rolls and the cutting is carried out on a cutting pad with a pad shifter. These systems are designed to feed both rolls and sheets and use three different styles of nesting configurations: sequential cutting, regular interlocked cutting and irregular interlocked cutting.
