Special roll holders with powered automatic alignment are available for roll materials, while sheet materials can be jointed into rolls or loaded with fully automatic sheet feeder and fed from either the front or rear of the press. |

ATOM BPE Series Full Head Beam die cutting presses, are available in 77-110-165 tons with bed sizes up to 52"x78.75". The series is equipped with pinch and grab pincers and transport cutting belt for material feeding. The BPE Series feeding system is is ideal for a wide range of materials including rolled goods, sheets, or sheets adhered to rolls. Positioning accuracy is assured by a continuous production cycle that is capable of making up to 23 strokes per minute. Maximum cutting accuracy is guaranteed because the belt works as a cutting surface as well as a material conveyor, equipped with positive stops. |
